Getting started
Install the extension
Click "Install Free on Chrome" on our homepage. Chrome Web Store opens — click "Add to Chrome".
Create a free account
Click the SlotAlert clock icon in Chrome toolbar → click "Start Free" → enter your email and password.
Add a watcher
Click "+ Add New Watcher" → choose which site to monitor → click "Start Watching". That's it.
Get alerted
When a slot opens, you'll hear an alarm and see a browser notification. Click "Book Now" to go straight to the booking page.
Frequently asked questions
On the free plan, yes — SlotAlert runs in your browser so Chrome must stay open. On any paid plan (Pro, Power, Agency), our cloud server watches 24/7 even when your computer is completely off. This is the main reason to upgrade.
Free plan: every 60 minutes. Pro: every 5 minutes. Power: every 2 minutes. Agency: every 1 minute. Government slots typically stay open for 2–10 minutes, so Pro and above gives you a strong chance of catching them.
We support 8 sites: US Visa (AIS Portal), UK DVSA Driving Test, USCIS Immigration, US Passport, Canada IRCC, Prometric Exams, Pearson VUE Exams, and Schengen Visa (VFS Global). We add new sites regularly.
Yes. We check publicly accessible pages the same way a human would manually — just faster and automatically. We never submit forms or book appointments without your action. We check at human-like intervals and comply with all terms of service.

Government slots can disappear within 1–2 minutes. The faster your plan checks, the better your chances. On Pro (every 5 min) or Power (every 2 min), you get much more time to respond than on Free (every 60 min).
For sites that require login to check availability, credentials are encrypted before storage and only used to check slot availability on your behalf. We never use them for any other purpose. You can delete them any time from your account settings.
Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions) in Chrome toolbar → find SlotAlert → click the pin icon to pin it to your toolbar. If you don't see SlotAlert in the list, go to chrome://extensions and make sure it is enabled.
