Terms of Service

By using SlotAlert ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What SlotAlert Does

SlotAlert is a Chrome extension and cloud service that monitors publicly accessible government and exam appointment booking websites and notifies users when appointment slots become available. We do not guarantee that slots will be found or that you will successfully book an appointment.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SlotAlert only for legitimate personal use — monitoring appointment websites for your own appointments or those of your clients (Agency plan). You may not:

• Use SlotAlert to monitor websites you do not have a legitimate need to access
• Use SlotAlert to book appointments for resale or scalping purposes
• Attempt to circumvent the rate limits or security measures of government websites
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use SlotAlert to violate the terms of service of any website we monitor

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle, our payment processor.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Government websites may change their structure, which can temporarily affect SlotAlert's ability to monitor them. We will fix such issues as quickly as possible. We are not liable for missed appointments due to service outages.

5. Limitation of Liability

SlotAlert provides a notification service only. We are not responsible for:

• Failed appointment bookings after a slot alert
• Changes to government website systems that affect monitoring
• Consequences of missing an appointment
• Any losses resulting from use or inability to use the service

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing slotalertsupport@gmail.com.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email before significant changes. Continued use of SlotAlert after changes means you accept the new terms.
